Swim Ability:

• As a minimum, swimmers MUST be able to swim an entire length unaided

Competition Requirements (NOT APPLICABLE):

•  Must be under the age of 19 as of Aug 31 for the current swimming year

• S.W.O.R.S.A. will allow S.N.C., A.N.C. or other carded swimmers to compete in S.W.O.R.S.A. only after their current affiliation registration has expired

Swim Accessories:

• Swim goggles are required for new swimmers not used to long periods in chlorinated water 

• Swim caps or tying back long hair is also recommended
